RESOLUTION NO. 92-459
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - GLEANLOCH NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, it was necessary to complete additional work at Gleanloch Neighborhood
Park due to the discovery of a 48 inch storm sewer pipe underground.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City's contract with Matt
Bullock Contracting Corporation for the construction of Gleanloch, Shiloh and Tenth
Avenue neighborhood parks, is hereby amended in the amount of $2,073, bringing the
total contract amount to $290,796.05.
Adopted by the City Council on August 3, 1992.
