RESOLUTION NO. 92-458
WAIVING THE FACILITY RENTAL FEES FOR
ZACHARY SOFTBALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a tournament on
August 29, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the proceeds of the tournament are dedicated to the Volunteer Relief
Association general fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of assisting the Volunteer Fire Department in
raising f .mds for the general benefit of the Relief Association.
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize the waiver of playfield rental fees in the amount of $300 for Zachary Softball
Complex for August 29, 1992.
