RESOLUTION NO. 92-456
RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE
COUNTY ROAD 9
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of
Plymouth concurs with revoking Old County State Aid Highway 9 (Old
Rockford Road), from West Medicine Lake Drive easterly to Revere Lane,
and that the City of Plymouth assume jurisdiction of this segment of
roadway, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Plymouth concurs with
redesignating County State Aid Highway 9 (Rockford Road) on new alignment
between West Medicine Lake Drive and Revere Lane, and that this roadway
be under the jurisdiction of Hennepin County.
