VILLAGE OF PLYMi01t7ii
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
December. 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION %0. 69-471
N0W THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Change Order !1 is hereby approved for Project I69 -1B to
American Pipe Services in the amount of $9.325.16.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

village Council of said Village held December 18, 1969 with the original

transcript therefrom.
