HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-452RESOLUTION NO. 92-452 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND THE PROPOSED AVONLEA ADDITION (90087) WHEREAS, in accordance with the proposed development contract dated July 9, 1991, but never executed by the developers, Kenneth J. Guddal and Corrine J. Guddal, owners of the proposed Avonlea Addition (90087), installed certain improvements for said proposed development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the utility work as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work and acceptance of the utility construction for continual maintenance by the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Sanitary Sewer $ 1,575 $ -0- Watermain 1,075 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 318 _0 - TOTAL $ 2,968 $ -0- That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $2,968 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the watermain and sanitary sewer construction within the 65 foot permanent easement provided by the owners/developers is accepted for continual maintenance as of August 3, 1992 subject to the One Year Guarantee by the Developer's contractor.
