HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-447CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-447 APPROVING SIGN PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FALMOUTH ASSOCIATES FOR FOUR SEASONS MALL LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND HIGHWAY 169 (92046) WHEREAS, Falmouth Associates has requested approval of a Sign Plan Amendment for Four Seasons Mall for property located at 4200 Lancaster Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Falmouth Associates for a Sign Plan Amendment for Four Seasons Mall for property located at 4200 Lancaster Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The aggregate area of all wall signs shall not exceed 4,020 square feet. 2. Distribution of the wall signage as a percentage of wall coverage, shall be in conformance with the Sign Plan dated July 10, 1992 and the revision letter dated July 20, 1992. 3. Any proposal to increase the amount of wail coverage by signage beyond that stated in the Sign Plan dated July 10, 1992 and the revision letter dated July 20, 1992, will require approval by the City Council.
