RESOLUTION NO. 92- 438
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER, DISTRICT NW -17
CITY PROJECT NO. 040
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has approved a project to improve the
Northwest Sanitary Sewer District NW -17 by constructing a trunk sanitary
sewer; and
WHEREAS, Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc.. the consulting engineer for the
project, has revised the cost to make the improvements as ordered; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the revised engineer's cost for the
project and the assessment of benefited property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter
398, as amended) at an estimated additional cost of the
improvement of $315,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 17th day of August, 1992 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
