RESOLUTION NO. 92-435
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL
PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORRECTIONS - 6TH AVENUE NORTH PAVING
CITY PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner Bituminous Consulting and
Contracting Company, Inc. as contractor, have entered into an agreement
for street repair and final paving of 6th Avenue North in Prime West
Business Park known as City Project No. 111, said agreement being dated
June 3, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has requested final payment and a reduction in
retainage from 52 to OX based on completion of all required work related
to the required repair and final paving of the wearing course; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer concurs with the contractor's request and is
satisfied that all of the required work on City Project No. 111 has been
completed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the terms of the
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. That the original contract amount, including change
orders, was $8,171.81 and the total value of the work
completed to date is $8,854.83.
2. That Payment No's 1 and 2 have been made based on a 5x
retainage, therefore the total amount paid to date is
$7,762.96.
3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of
$1,091.87 based on the final contract amount of
$8,854.83 is hereby approved and the City Finance
Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same forthwith with funds from the previously
established escrow account.
