RESOLUTION NO. 92-434
AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL BUDGETARY ALLOCATION
FOR THE PLYMOUTH CHARTER COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated a total of $18,000 in the 1992 Budget to
support the 1992 Charter Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission requires an additional $2,800 to adequately
publicize the charter to Plymouth residents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing the funding necessary to assure
that the Charter is properly publicized prior to election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize the transfer of $2,800 from 101-190-299.46 to 101-189-899.78, bringing the
total budget amount to $20,800.
