RESOLUTION NO. 92-430
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - SEVEN PONDS FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Seven
Ponds Fourth Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Seven Ponds
Fourth Addition by the installation of residential ornamental
street lighting, filed with the City Council on July 20,
1992, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 1002 of the affected property
owners and they have waived their rights to public
improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he
is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
