RESOLUTION NO. 92427
AUTHORIZING FUNDING FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended that the trail along West Medicine Lake Drive between 23rd Avenue and
18th Avenue be completed as quickly as possible; and
WHEREAS, the City Public Works Department has indicated that this trail can be
constructed by force account with an estimated material cost of $18,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized
to transfer the necessary funds from the Park Dedication account to cover the
construction of said trail between 18th Avenue and 23rd Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on July 20, 1992.
