APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CITY CENTER EXPANSION PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
CITY PROJECT NO. 017
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared for the Public Safety building
expansion providing for the following:
Complete or modify seven (7) changes as indicated in the Architect's instructions or in
construction changes; and
WHEREAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for the City
Center expansion Public Safety building, City Project No. 017 is approved in the
amount of $9,505.
Original Contract Amount $2,873,400
This Change Order No. 1 - add - 9,505
Revised Contract Amount 2,882,905
Adopted by the City Council on July 20, 1992.
