RESOLUTION NO. 92-424
REVISING PRECINCT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1992, the Plymouth City Council adopted Resolution No.
92-183 approving a precinct plan for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City has been subsequently notified that the Legislature intended the
legislative boundary between Districts 33B, 34B, and 45B to be Old Rockford Road -
not County Road 9 - from Zachary Lane westerly to I-494; and
WHEREAS, the City's precinct boundaries must follow the legislative district
boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the boundaries for Precincts 13, 14, and 15 are amended as
follows in order to conform to the legislative boundaries:
Precinct 13 Beginning at the intersection of County Road 47 and Interstate 494;
thence southerly along Interstate 494 to County Road 9; thence
easterly along County Road to the westerly extension of Old Rockford
Road; thence easterly along the extension of Old Rockford Road and
along Old Rockford Road to Larch Lane; thence northerly along Larch
Lane to the Soo Line Railroad; thence westerly along the Soo Line
Railroad to Pineview Lane; thence northerly along Pineview Lane to
County Road 47; thence westerly along County Road 47 to the point of
beginning -
Precinct 14 Beginning at the intersection of Northwest Boulevard and the westerly
extension of Old Rockford Road; thence northeasterly and easterly along
Old Rockford Road to Zachary Lane; thence southerly along Zachary
Lane until it intersects the north shore of Medicice Lake; thence
meandering along the lake shore westerly, northwesterly, southwesterly,
and southerly along the shoreline until it intersects West Medicine Lake
Drive; thence northwesterly along West Medicine Lake Drive until it
intersects Northwest Boulevard; thence more northwesterly along
Northwest Boulevard to the westerly extension of Old Rockford Road to
the point of beginning.
Precinct 15 Beginning at the intersection of the Soo Line Railroad and Larch Lane;
thence southerly along Larch Lane to Old Rockford Road; thence
easterly along Old Rockford Road to Zachary Lane; thence northerly

along Zachary Lane to the Soo Line Railroad; thence westerly along the
Soo Lane Railroad to the point of beginning.
