Pursuant to des call and notice thereof, a regular mating of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on 'he 15th day of
December. 1969.
The following msabers were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey.
Hints, Johnson and Rindseth. No members were absent

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-468
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY T9f VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and Acting Clark -Administrator are hereby authorised to i
esacuta and complete Amendatory Contract Amending Contract for Grant jI
to Acquire Open Space Land identified u Contract No. )Rina. -OSA -30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution me duly

seconded by Councilmen Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following toted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Humphrey,
Hints and Humphrey. Councilman Johnson had left the Council Chambers.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
