RESOLUTION 92- 421
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HOLLYDALE GOLF, INC.
LOCATED AT 4710 HOLLY LANE NORTH (91073)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Hollydale Golf, Inc. for Hollydale Golf Course
located at 4710 Holly Lane North was approved under City Council Resolution
91-584; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $9,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Certificate of Deposit No. 8104 in the amount of $9,500, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Hollydale Golf, Inc. for
Hollydale Golf Course located at 4710 Holly Lane North.
Adopted by the City Council on July 20, 1992.
