RESOLUTION 92- 4.10
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MORTENSON DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR EDINA REALTY BUILDING LOCATED AT 4425 HIGHWAY 169 (87120)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for the Edina Realty Building was approved by an
Administrative Approval Letter dated December 21, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Bond in the amount of $135,800; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 88-485, authorized the reduction
of the Bond to $8,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Bond in the amount of $8,500, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Mortenson Development Corporation for the Edina Realty
Building.
Adopted by the City Council on July 20, 1992.
