AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MINNESOTA EQUAL ACCESS
NETWORK SERVICE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 6TH AVENUE NORTH AND REVERE
LANE (91067)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Minnesota Equal Access Network service was approved
under an Administrative Approval Letter dated September 5, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of Cash in the amount of $2,700; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-91, authorized the reduction of
the Cash deposit to $300; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Cash deposit in the amount of $300, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Minnesota Equal Access Network Service.
Adopted by the City Council on July 20, 1992.
