RESOLUTION NO. 92-416
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
PRIME DEVELOPMENT CORRECTIONS - SANITARY SEWER REBUILD
CITY PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and F.F. Jedlicki, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for sanitary sewer construction
in and adjacent to 6th Avenue North in Prime West Business Park known as
City Project No. 111, said agreement being dated August 19, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has requested final payment and a reduction in
retainage from 52 to OZ based on completion of required work related to
rebuilding a portion of the sanitary sewer, plus the fact that all turf
was established during the fall of 1991 and is now in good condition; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer concurs with the contractor's request and is
satisfied that all of the required work on City Project No. 111 has been
completed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the terms of the
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount, including change
orders, was $22,990.00 and the total value of the work
completed to date is $14,389.60.
2. That Payment No. 1 has been made based on a 5Z
retainage, therefore, the total amount paid to date is
$13,670.12.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of
$719.48 based on the final contract amount of $14,389.60
is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith
with funds from the previously established escrow
account.
