VILLAGE OF PLrWUTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth.- Minnesota, was hold on the
15th day of December, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, 1Cindeeth and Johnson. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson
left the Council chambers at 8:00 P.M.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-467
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
That the regular payroll disbursement for the period ending
December 15, 1969 in the amount of $16,896.38 is hereby
approved.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon.
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintx,
Humphrey and Kindseth.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held December 15, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same Is a full, true sad complete
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My head officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 31st day of December, 1969.
