SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 92-jjj
VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITHIN
PARCEL 14-118-22-14-0006
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage
easement within Parcel 14-118-22-14-0006 by Resolution No. 92-411
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the
County until:
1. The site plan is approved by the City council and the
storm sewer is relocated to the intersection of Old
County Road 9 and Zachary Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992
