RESOLUTION NO. 92A11
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITHIN
PARCEL 14-118-22-14-0006
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 6, 1992
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of July 6, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 6, 1992 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain drainage easement within
Parcel 14-118-22-14-0006; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement was not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage easement be vacated:
The East 269.50 feet of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4 lying South of Old Rockford Road
(Formerly C.S.A.H. No. 9) Section 14, Township 118, Range 22.
A permanent easement for drainage purposes over all that part of said East
269.5 feet which lies within 12.5 feet on each side of a line 69 feet in
length drawn Southeasterly at right angles to the center line of said Old
Rockford Road from a point thereon distant 223 feet Southwesterly of the
East line of said section as measured along said center line. Said easement
described on Document Nos. 4510413 and 4510414.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992.

meeting of the Plymouth City Council on July 6. 1992 , with the original
