AMENDMENT OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 86-279
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 609 47TH AVENUE WEST OF TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Alajoki, 13025 47th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN
55442 feel that the application of special assessments for two units in
1988 was inequitable in that they only had service to one part of the lot
and only the higher elevation of that lot; and
WHEREAS, City Project No. 011 will provide a sanitary sewer stub from the
west at an elevation that will serve the entire lot; and
WHEREAS, it would appear to be more equitable to assess the Alajokis for
the additional unit now than in 1986 under City Project No. 609.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does amend Resolution No.
86-279 to read as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following parcel shall be deferred for
that portion of the assessments that applies to the street frontage that
exceeds 155 feet as stated for a period until the property is either sold
or further subdivided: PIN 10-118-22-41-0008 in the amount of
$11,086.44.
AND FURTHER, that the deferred assessments shall bear interest from July
15, 1992 until being reassessed, at the rate of 8Z per annum.
