RESOLUTION NO. 92-405
REQUESTING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
TO CONDUCT A SPEED ZONING STUDY
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD FROM PINEVIEW LAND TO 54TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, Northwest Boulevard has recently been constructed to a four lane
urban "arterial" roadway; and
WHEREAS, The safe and reasonable speed must now be determined by the
Minnesota Department of Transportation in accordance with State Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City request the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to undertake an engineering study to determine the safe and
reasonable speed on the following road:
Northwest Boulevard from Pineview Lane to 54th Avenue
