RESOLUTION Nr. 92-404
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD - FERNBROOK LANE TO NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 213
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1992 Capital Improvements
Program, is proposing improvements to Schmidt Lake Road by providing a 52
foot wide urban section with concrete curb and gutter, an 8 foot wide
bituminous trail, along with utilities; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered as part of the 1992
Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of Schmidt Lake road has been
prepared and is being received by the Council on July 6, 1992; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in accordance
with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated June, 1992.
2. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
