The following anabere were presents Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey,
lintz, Johnson and Kindeath. No one Was absent. Councilmen Johnson left
Council chamber at 8:00 P.M.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-466

WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Englaser to the
i
iVillage Council on July 22, 1969, recommending the installation of water
asins from 26th to 36th Avenues North and Concord Addition, Project f69 -M
at a cost of $160,000.
} NOW THEREFORE, 9E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIiLM
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the iwpsovement pursuant to M.S.A. See.
429.011 to 429.111, at an eetimeted total cost of the
Improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be hold on such proposed Improve -
must on the 19th day of January, 1970, at the V111a=e
Hall, in the Village of Plrouth at 7:30 P.M. The
Village Council shall give published notice of awch
hearing and Improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thersom, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Comseilmsa gists,
Humphrey and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
