APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
VINEWOOD LANE/C.S.A.H. 9 AREA
STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Revising the traffic control devices on Vinewood Lane at the
intersection of the south entrances to Target and the shopping
center north of County Road 9.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Vinewood Lane/C.S.A.H. 9 Area Street
and Utilities, City Project No. 948, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Vinewood Lane/C.S.A.H. 9
Area Street and Utilities, City Project No. 948 by adding $2,640 is
approved:
