RESOLUTION NO. 92-398
APPROVING RECONFIGURATION OF WETLAND
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR PINE CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developers of Pine Creek propose to reconfigure a wetland
adjacent to a roadway; and
WHEREAS, the reconfiguration improves the wetland value; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared for the reconfigured wetland as
required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the mitigation plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Findings of
Fact approving the reconfiguration of wetland and the Mitigation Plan for
wetland restoration in Pine Creek Addition.
