Pursuant to due call and notice tbareof. a regular sleeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the
15th day of december, 1969.
The following embers were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints,
Johnson.,Humphrey and Eindaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson
left the Council chambers at 8:00 P.M.

Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-465
WHEREAS, Mr. James Parker of Metro Development Corporation requested
final plat approval of Matto Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Final plat plan is hereby approved for Metro Industrial Park
located between Niagara and Vicksburg Lanes in tM vicinity
of 27th and 28th Avenues smbject to:
Changing the Development Contract to delete the curb and
gutter requirement on Viekbbust and Niagara and allow the
remaining curb and gutter to be installed by the Village
of Plymouth and assessed the same as roads and utilities.
Further, the Village Engineer is directed to revise the
dedicated right-of-way on the Development Contract to 80 feet
for Niagara Lane and granting 1.48 acres credit on the park
contribution because of the 40 feet excess width.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey
Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.
