RESOLUTION 92-385
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE
COMPANY, INC. FOR CMG WAREHOUSE LOCATED AT 1405 XENIUM LANE NORTH (91100)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for CMG Warehouse was administratively approved on
November 12, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of cash in the amount of $36,684; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the cash in the amount of $36,684 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for CMG Warehouse.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992.
