RESOLUTION 92-384
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BUHLER, INC. LOCATED AT
1100 XENIUM LANE (89064)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Buhler, Inc. was administratively approved on
September 12, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Improvement Performance
Agreement in the form of a bond in the amount of $84,584; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91-208, authorized the reduction
of the bond to $1,350; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the bond in the amount of $1,350, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Buhler, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992.
