Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnenota, was held on the
15th day of December, 1969.

Humphrey, Johnson and Lindseth. No members were absent. Councilman
Johnson left the Council chambers at 8:00 P.M.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-464
WHEREAS, Gary Freund and G. Hakinson requested final plat approval
for the Circle Star Business Center let Addition.
MR THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMMM AS FOLLOWS.
Final plat plan is hereby approved for the Circle Star Business
Center let Addition at 21st and 27th Avenues between Fernbsook
and Niagara Lease. The Village Engineer is directed to alter i
the development contract soanto allow the remainder of the curb
and gutters to be put in by the Village of Plymouth and assessed
the same as roads and utilities.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, t" -
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey and Kindeath. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held the 19th day of December, 1969. with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same to a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 29th day of December, 1969.
