RESOLUTION 92- 381
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR LEN BUSCH ROSES LOCATED
AT MEDINA ROAD WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 101 (90038)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Len Busch Roses was approved under City Council
Resolution 91-394; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $7,380; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91-804, authorized the reduction
o; the Certificate of Deposit to $3,383; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $3,383, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Len Busch Roses.
Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992.
