APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR KING
VIDEOCABLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A FREESTANDING SATELLITE DISH AT 15890 -37TH
AVENUE NORTH (92044)
WHEREAS, King Videocable has requested approval for Planned Unit Development
Final Site Plan Amendment for the installation of a freestanding satellite
dish at 15890 -37th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
for a Planned Unit Development Final Site Plan Amendment for the installation
of a freestanding satellite dish at 15890 -37th Avenue North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Any signage shall be in compliance with the approved Site Plan.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. The center point of a satelle dish shall be set back 19 feet from the
south wall of the existing structure and 35 feet west of the property
line.
4. Compliance with all standards of City Code, Ordinance and Policy
Resolutions and submission of all items required on an amended Site Plan
prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
