HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-374CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-374 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LA PERRE ENTERPRISES FOR A COMMERCIAL RECREATION CENTER LOCATED IN THE PLYMOUTH PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER AT 1455 COUNTY ROAD 101 (92047) WHEREAS, La Perre Enterprises has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a commercial recreation center at 1455 County Road 101; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by La Perre Enterprises for a Conditional Use Permit for property located at 1455 County Road 101, subject to the following conditions: I. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the La Perre Enterprises for a commercial recreation center named Triple Play Family Entertainment Center and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas. 5. All parking shall be offstreet in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. 6. Hours of general public operation shall be 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to Midnight on Friday and Saturday. "Lock In" events are permitted beyond these hours. 7. The Conditional Use permit shall be renewed annually, coincident with renewal of the Amusement license to assure compliance with the conditions. 8. A copy of the current City Amusement Center License shall be provided prior to issuance of the Conditional Use Permit and shall be kept on file with the City Planning Division. 9. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to permit issuance. Further, City Council Resolution 92-246 is hereby rescinded in total. Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1992.
