HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-463VrLLAGE Of PLYWUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of December, 1%9. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, i Councilman Humphrey, Hintz, Kindseth and Johnson. The following members { were absent: Bone. trt r*f Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and mored its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-463 Ott WHEREAS, Robert W. Hand requested a subdivision waiver on Parcels 4065, 4075, 4080 of Plat 43718. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, OF THE VILLAGE Of PLYMOUTH: 1. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution we duly seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following bated to favor thereof: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hint's, Humphrey ,and Liadseth, Councilman Johnson left theCouncilChambers. No voted against.
