RESOLUTION NO. 92-371
APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT OF HOLMES & GRAVEN BILLS
FOR MARCH AND APRIL 1992
WHEREAS, the City Manager has forwarded to the City Council copies of invoices
from Holmes & Graven for legal services provided during March and April 1992 and
has recommended payment of said bills; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the client summary provided by the
Holmes & Graven firm but continues to have questions about certain portions of these
invoices.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that those portions of the bills for legal
services rendered by Holmes & Graven for March and April, 1992, relating to services
rendered to the Charter Commission in the total amount of $4,362.93, be approved for
payment.
Adopted by the City Council on June 15, 1992.
