RESOLUTION RECEIVING a1PORT
AND CALLING FOR, PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the village
Council of the Villate of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz, Johnson ana Kindeeth. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson loft
the Council chamLer at 8:00 P.M.
Councilman Kindseth, introduced the following resoluticm and moved
lits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 69-462
WHERIAS. a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the
Village Council on February 17, 1969, recommending the installation of
sanitary sever, water and street restoration on 34th Avsmme at Zemium
Lane. (Project 066-1,0-C, $72,775.00.)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
IOP PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estisatc.d total cost of the
improvement an shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed Improve -
Pont an the 19th day of January, 1970, at the Village Hall
in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.M. The Village Council
shall give published notice of such hearing and impr�Jement
as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution vas duly
seconded by Councilmen Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against. Whersupou the motion
was declared duly passed and adopted.
