RESOLUTION NO. 92-362
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAIANGE AND UTIL'ITY EASEMENT
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2
CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 15, 1992
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of June 15, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on June 15, 1992 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain drainage and utility easement
in Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utiltiy easement be vacated:
The east 6.00 feet of the north 259.13 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star
Business Center First Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County Minnesota, except the north 10.00 feet thereof;
and
The west 6.00 feet of the north 259.13 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Circle Star
Business Center First Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County Minnesota, except the north 10.00 feet and the south 6.00
feet thereof.
Adopted by the City Council on June 15, 1992.
