CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO.92-360
APPROVING PURCHASE OF FURNISHINGS FOR THE NEW PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
WHEREAS, the new Public Safety Building will require new furnishings for staff and
other functional purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously appropriated funds for the purchase of these
furnishings; and
WHEREAS, proposals have been received from various vendors within the State contract
bid to provide these furnishings; and
WHEREAS, the vendors General Office Products Company, Lino Lakes Industries, Pink
Office Interiors and Metro Systems Furniture were determined to provide the best
pricing and furnishings for the new Public Safety Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase furnishings from General Office Products Company for $72,297.67, Lino Lakes
Industries for $13,039.86, Pink Office Interiors for $17,900.33, and Metro Systems
Furniture for $46,096.79 for the new Public Safety Building.
Adopted by the City Council on June 15, 1992.
