RESOLUTION NO. 92-359
AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION OF
FUTURE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS TOWARD THE
PURCHASE OF THE NECESSARY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
CITY PROJECT NO'S 011, 205, AND 213
WHEREAS, the City has reached a tentative agreement with Dr. Mein Fa Tchou
for the purchase of the right-of-way and mitigation areas necessary for
City Project No's 011, 205, and 213; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Tchou has requested that the City apply the future assessments
that would normally accrue to his property as a result of the projects
toward the purchase price of the right-of-way needed from him; and
WHEREAS, it is considered mutually beneficial to the City and to Dr. Tchou
to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the
application of future special assessments for Project No's 011, 205, and
213 to be applied toward the purchase price of the right-of-way needed for
these projects.
Adopted by the City Council on June 15, 1992.

resolution adopted at the meeting of the Plymouth City Council
