RESOLUTION NO. 92-358
MODIFYING RESOLUTION NO. 90-803 AND
EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE ON THE
TEMPORARY EASEMENTS TO DECEMBER 31, 1993
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Plymouth adopted Resolution No.
90-803 authorizing condemnation procedures for the Northcentral Trunk
Sewer, City Project No. 015; and
WHEREAS, the expiration date of the temporary easements authorized in
that resolution was December 31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the installation of a portion of the Northcentral Trunk Sewer
was delayed causing the need for the temporary easements to be extended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the expiration date on all temporary easements
in Resolution No. 90-803 is hereby extended to December 31, 1993 or upon
completion of construction whichever occurs first.
