RESOLUTION NO. 92356
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
PARCEL 14-118-22-14-0006
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Medicine Lake Lutheran Church and
Academy has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage easement within: The East 269.50 feet of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 south
of Rockford Road. Except Roads Section 14, Township 118, Range 22.
A permanent easement for drainage purposes over all that part
of said East 269.5 feet which lies within 12.5 feet on each
side of a line 69 feet in length drawn Southeasterly at right
angles to the center line of said C.S.A.H. No. 9 from a point
thereon distant 223 feet Southwesterly of the East line of
said section as measured along said center line. Said
easement described on Document Nos. 4510413 and 4510414.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of July 6, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
