RESOLUTION NO. 92-353
AUTHORIZING THE ?URCHASE OF PRINTERS UNDER
STATE OF MINNESOTA COOPERATIVE PURCHASING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has entered into a cooperative
purchasing agreement with Ameridata and the City is desirous of
purchasing under this agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize the purchase of computer printers from Ameridata, Inc.,
at a cost not to exceed $21,785 through use of the State of
Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
