1 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH }
Pursuant to due call .tnd notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
ilEVillage Council of the Viliage of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the {
j�15th day of December, 1959.
The following e+�.mbers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
1P,.mphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. There were no absent members. Council-
Aman Johnson left the Council chambers at 8:00 P.M.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-461
i WHEREAS, Harry DeZeil, 1422 Angelo Drive, representing United Land

Ac. for an option to buy the present Plymouth Viilage hall property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TUE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
To engage in an optiou'vith the United Land M.for Purchase,
of the present Village Hall property located at State Highway !SS
and Interstate #494 as of December 31, 1969 for a three month period
,lending March 31,"1970at a cost of $290.,000 less $13,000 com "o on,
netting $275,000 with a fee of $100 for consideration of said option.
Flexible terms are to be stipulated in the option, subject to Council's
approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman [indeath and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,-Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey and Johnson. Thera were none who voted;a3ainst:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
