i VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulr .seting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
13th day of December. 1969. The following :embers were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Ru phrey. Rints, Johnson and xindseth. Thera
were no absent members. Councilman Johnson left the Council chambers
at 8:00 P.M.

Councilman Humphrey introdviced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION 10. 69-460
WHEREAS. John Gullickson requested a Subdivision Waiver for Lot 1,
Block 1, Seven Ponds.
NOW TREREpORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED IT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTR:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance /66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10. 1%6, and filed on April 6,
1%60 in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 4970
Register of Deeds. seaoepin County Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acre
In area mod 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the fol-
lowing described lands:
Tract A:
That part of Lot 1, Block 19 Seven Foods, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record:ln'the office of the
Register of Deeds. Hesmepin County, Mioaesota lying
Northeasterl;l of a line and its Northerly and Southerly
extensions. Said limit deseribsd as commencing at the
Southeast corner of sold Lot; thence Westerly along the
South line of ,said lot, a distance of 154.81 feat to the
point of beginning of, the 11am to be described; thence
Northwesterly a distance of 210.46 feet to a point on the
North.l as of said .lot distant 236.22 feet Northeasterly
from the most Westerly corner of sold lot, /aid line there
terminating.as measured along the Northwesterly
line of said lot,
Tract B:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Seven Fonda, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds. Hsonepin County, Minnesota lying
Southwesterly of a line and its Northerly and Southerly
extensions. Said line described as commencing at the
Southeast corner cif said lot; thence Westerly along the
South line of said lot, a distance of 154.81 feet to the
point of beginning of the Use to be described, thence
Northwesterly a distance of 220.46 feet to a point on the
North line of 'said Ut distant 236.22 feet Northeasterly
from the most Westerly corner of said lot,)said line
there terminating. as measured along the Northwesterly line of
said lot.

The above Subdivision Waiver is hereby granted subject to the
stipulation that Hr. Gullickson render a survey shoving where the
i
ponding area is.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
