VILLAGE OF PLIMUTH
RESOLUTION ORA$RING IMPROVEMENTS
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, &-regular meeting of the
{Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
15th day of December, 19,69. The following members were present: Mayor
1Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Rindseth. No one was
absent. Councilman Johnson left the Council chambers at 8:00 P.M.

Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its
{adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-459
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 3rd day
of November fixed the first day of December, 1969 as the data for a
public hearing on: Installation of sanitary sower on Medicine Lake
Drive from Goldive Ave. No. to 26th Avenue, Project #69-1,8A.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making,of these improvements vera given ten days' published r
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the
required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard
on the 15th day of December, 1969 for which date the legal notice that
was published stated the hearing would be held.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:'
1. Such improvements as not out above and for the streets as
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted.December 15, 1969.
2. The Village Engineering Consultant to hereby directed to
prepare plans and specifications for making of such improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Humphrey,
Hints and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of`minutes 'of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held December 15, 1969, with the
s original thereof on file in my office andthe same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates to Project
#69-1,8-A.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 23rd day of December, 1969.
