RESOLUTION NO. 92-331
APPROVING POLICY ON EURASIAN WATER-MILFOIL FUNDING
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has budgeted funding for the
treatment of Eurasian water milfoil in city lakes, and
WHEREAS, the Water Quality Committee has recommended a policy for
the distribution of said funding, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and concurs with the
proposed policy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the policy relating to the procedures
for the funding of Eurasian water milfoil eradication in city
lakes is hereby adopted.
