RESOLUTION NO. 92- 328
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL
WELL NO. 13 PUMPING STATION AND FEEDERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 013
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Richmar Const. as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for Well No. 13 Pumping Station and
Feedermain, City Project No. 013, said agreement being dated July 15,
1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $179,260.00. One
change order was approved in the amount of $2,611.60 and
the value of the work to date is $181,871.60 and is
herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Well No.
13 and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance
band, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 and Final in the amount of
$11,553.85 to Richmar Construction for Well No. 13
Pumping Station and Feedermain is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
