HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-326CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92- 326 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way in Plymouth Office Commercial Park; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 1, 1992 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of June 1, 1992; and WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on June 1, 1992 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way, Plymouth Office Commercial Park; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way be vacated: Annapolis Circle as dedicated and delineated on the recorded plat of Plymouth Office Commercial Park, except that part lying west and south of the following described line: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Plymouth Office Commercial Park; thence northeasterly along a line radial to the centerline of said Annapolis Circle to said centerline; thence westerly along said centerline to the easterly right-of-way of Berkshire Lane and there said line terminates. The 10 foot drainage and utility easements adjoining each side of Annapolis Circle as dedicated and delineated on the recorded plat of Plymouth Office Commercial Park, except that part lying within 10 feet of the east right- of-way line of Berkshire Lane. The southerly 10 feet of the westerly 170 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, Plymouth Office Commercial Park. The northerly 10 feet of the westerly 170 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Office Commercial Park. Adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1992
