RESOLUTION NO. 92-325
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 92- 324
VACATING DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES WITHIN
OUTLOTS A AND B, CHURCHILL FARMS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage easements
for ponding purposes with Outlots A and B, Churchill Farms 2nd Addition by
Resolution No. 92- 324 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the
County until:
1. The final plats of Churchill Farms 3rd and 4th Additions
are filed with Hennepin County.
